Sprout stores the information you add to the app: habits, completions, mood logs, journal entries, coach messages, goals, preferences, and account details.

If you subscribe, we store subscription status and billing references from Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

We use your data to run the app, sync your account, show your history, calculate patterns, manage subscriptions, send account emails, and keep your account secure.

When you use AI features, relevant habit, mood, journal, goal, or coach context may be sent to OpenAI so Sprout can transcribe audio, generate insights, search notes, or reply in coach chat.

Sprout uses Convex for app data, OpenAI for AI features, Stripe for payments, AWS SES for email, Vercel for hosting and analytics, and Apple platform services for iOS features.

We do not sell your personal data.

You can export your data or delete your account from personalise. Account deletion removes your Sprout data and cancels active Stripe billing first when possible.

You can control privacy lock and reminders in the iOS app settings.

We keep your account data while your account is active. Deleted account data is removed from the live app systems, with limited operational records kept only when needed for security, billing, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Sprout is a habit, mood, journal, and coaching app. It is not a therapist, doctor, crisis service, or emergency monitoring tool.
