terms.

These terms keep the agreement simple: use Sprout with care, keep your account safe, and remember that reflection tools are not emergency support.

01using sprout

Sprout is for personal habit tracking, mood logging, journaling, reflection, and coaching support.

You are responsible for the information you add and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

02wellbeing limits

Sprout is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, crisis support, or emergency monitoring.

If you might hurt yourself, hurt someone else, or cannot stay safe, contact emergency services or a crisis line now.

03AI features

Some Sprout features use AI to transcribe, summarise, search, or respond. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, so treat it as reflection support rather than advice you must follow.

You should not use Sprout to make medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

04subscriptions

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Stripe handles web billing. If App Store purchases become available, Apple will handle those purchases under Apple's terms.

Plan limits, AI quotas, and features may change, but we will try to keep changes clear and fair.

05your content

Your habits, notes, mood logs, goals, and coach messages remain yours. You give Sprout permission to process them so the app can work.

You can export your data or delete your account from personalise.

06availability

We aim to keep Sprout steady, but the service may change, pause, or be unavailable at times. We are not liable for losses caused by relying on Sprout being available at a specific moment.
